Creates a mechanically fastened sub floor in the van
using existing cargo tie-down points.
- Removes the need for direct gluing of van sub floor.
- Maintains function of cargo tie-down points in van.

Features
- 6x anchoring caps, generic size spacers and M8 high tensile fasteners supplied in kit.
- Factory tie-down bolts / lashing points may be refitted over caps if adequate bolt length remains.
- Anchor cup can be flipped to accommodate large factory lashing points
- Alternative thread types and shims sizes may be required for some van models, KRS is not responsible for supply of alternative fasteners outside this kit.
- If van doesn’t use M8 fasteners, purchase the anchor kit excluding fasteners.
Installation
- Measure height difference between low point in van floor and underside of plywood at each tie-down location.
- Fill measured cavity space through bolt with supplied spacers and any additional shims (if required) to take up the gap.
- Tighten to torque, the metal cup should be putting compression against both the plywood sub floor and the cavity spacers, bottoming out on the van floor.
- Failure to do so and over tightening may cause plywood layers bow across the floor.
Note: Fasteners supplied in universal kit are generic, thread types & lengths should be validated by installer before trying to use the supplied fasteners.
