KRS uses eWAY to provide a secure environment for the authorisation of credit card transactions over the internet. Confidential information including client credit card details is encrypted the moment they are transmitted from the client’s browser to the eWAY network. With additional security using verified by Visa or Mastercard secure code.
A client’s credit card details are not stored anywhere on the Internet and the only company who has access to this data is the merchant’s bank. The bank also sends confirmation information via the same encryption technology back to the client’s browser. These secure processes provide clients with peace of mind when purchasing online.

KRS has customers all around the world. For that reason we put a lot of time and effort into making sure that we have the best possible delivery network.
Our Delivery Carriers
Currently KRS uses TNT (larger items) and Australia Post (smaller items) to deliver to all states and territories within Australia. A dedicated freight forwarder is used for international deliveries. TNT and Australia Post is committed to providing KRS with a high-quality delivery service and is able to provide consistent on-time delivery through their modern and efficient networks.
Where do we deliver?
KRS can deliver to anywhere in Australia and most locations overseas. If you are unsure whether we can deliver to the area that you live in, please contact us on 08 8363 5770. Please note that all Australia Post deliveries to rural areas will be left at the local Post Office. Please note that for ease of delivery and tracking, we prefer that where possible you provide a business delivery address. Your purchases can then be delivered during normal business hours and signed for upon receipt.
Delivery charges and shipping policy
Before purchasing a product you will be shown several methods of delivery. If you elect to use our delivery service, delivery charges will be advised. Delivery charges are based on individual product weights.
- TNT Road Express: Delivery in 1-4 working days
- Australia Post Parcel Post: Delivery in 2-4 days
- International: Delivery – available upon request
KRS will accept returns from our customers for exchange if the goods are faulty. The customer should contact us on 08 8363 5770 within 14 days of the delivery. The goods must be in good order and condition with all the original items intact. For any returns the customer must produce the original proof of purchase of the product or receipt. Once KRS receives the relevant information we will authorise the collection of the goods. We will then designate the task to a carrier, requesting goods to be collected and returned. The designated carrier will then arrange by phone with the customer for the goods to be collected at a mututally convenient time. The goods will be collected by the assigned carrier. Upon the receipt and validation of returned goods to KRS, the goods will be exchanged.
All products are covered by a 12 month warranty from date of purchase covering faulty parts and workmanship. Original proof of purchase of the product or receipt will be required for any warranty claim to be considered.
