Protection for your floor
Create a flat, stable surface in your cargo bay
The floors in most new vans come with bare metal floors with a series of ridges and grooves. This creates an uneven surface that can make it difficult to move items where they need to be, as corners and edges can catch on ridges.
KRS floor liners are made from 12mm marine-grade ply to provide a consistently flat surface that allows easy loading and unloading of your tools, equipment and cargo. This plywood subfloor is laminate flooring. It’s made from multiple sheets of plywood which is layered and bonded at cross-angles to form an incredibly strong flooring material.
Your new floor also provides a flat, secure surface for custom van shelving to be installed – ideal for plumbers, sparkies or any other trades that need to transport large volumes of smaller components to site.
Anti-slip, water resistant finish
While you don’t want your cargo to catch when loading or unloading, you also don’t want it to slip about during transit. Each custom-fit KRS floor lining is coated with a tough, durable urethane coating. Urethane is a synthetic form of heavy-duty rubber that is harder than natural rubber and more flexible than plastic. The unique properties of urethane make it:
- highly resistant to water, oil, UV and flame
- more resistant to abrasion than metal or plastic
- resistant to peeling or splitting
- non-slip
This hard-wearing rubber floor coating makes urethane an excellent finish for work vehicles that may transport a range of liquids, or require regular cleaning and washing out.
Computer precision for a perfect fit
KRS van floors are designed to fit the exact shape and size of a wide range of transit van makes and models. Computer-guided tools accurately cut the precise flooring dimensions to ensure when your van floor is installed it fits perfectly.
If your cargo bay comes with factory-fitted anchor points, your custom van floor will be cut to provide access to these. When your anchor points are not in use, these can be capped with removable covers designed to sit flush with the rest of the floor when not in use.
For ease of installation, each floor comes in smaller sections with the special rebate joiner providing an almost invisible seam.

If you spend a lot of time moving goods in and out of the back of a van, you’ll know it doesn’t take long for that wear and tear to take its toll. KRS wall panel kits are designed to limit that damage and extend the life and resale value of your commercial vehicle.
Made from masonite, an incredibly strong, yet flexible hardboard, this natural material can take the hard knocks. Masonite is manufactured from sawmill waste which is bonded with the timber’s own resins. The resulting material has enough flex to be resistant to splitting or cracking, making it an ideal buffer for your van walls.
IN the event that a panel does suffer damage from a bad hit, or spillage, it can be easily removed and replaced – unlike the panels of your van’s actual body.
COMPUTER-CUT FOR A PRECISION FIT
KRS Australian-made wall liners are cut using computer guidance to perfectly fit your van’s make and model every time. This guarantees your wall panels will fit snugly into wall recesses and around wheel wells and anchor points. You can also order panelling to fit the interior surface of your van’s doors.
Once your van is fitted with custom-cut wall liners, you’ll have flat, impact-resistant side walls to make sliding and stacking cargo a much easier job. It also gives you the perfect surface to install shelving or storage units to house all your tools and equipment.
FAST, EASY INSTALLATION
If you’ve attempted your own van conversion by lining a van with plywood wall panels, you’ll know how difficult it can be to precisely measure, cut and install this rigid material.
With KRS van lining panels, all the hard work is done for you. Our flexible, high-strength masonite panels are cut to measure, ready to install. Each panel kit includes purpose-built fasteners so all you need to do is attach the panels to the interior of your van.
Simply supply the make and model of your van to receive a full set of wall liners, cut to size and ready for use. Depending on the type of van you drive, custom door liners may also be available for the rear door or your vehicle.
